Shipping & Fulfilment Policy

Every item is bespoke-crafted in our manufacturing facility. Production timelines vary depending on configuration:

• Standard Digital Print Runs: 2 to 4 business days (Visiting cards, flyers, stickers, letterheads).
• Apparel & Screen Printing / Embroidery: 3 to 5 business days (Custom t-shirts, hoodies, uniforms).
• Large Format & Signage: 2 to 3 business days (Roll-up standees, banners, tent cards).
• Bulk Corporate Hampers: 4 to 7 business days, or as agreed upon in writing.

* Production begins only after final digital proof approval and payment confirmation.

We partner with industry-leading logistics carriers to guarantee safe, tamper-evident transport across India:

As soon as your parcel is sealed and picked up by our logistics partners, an automated notification containing your Airway Bill (AWB) number and direct tracking link is dispatched via WhatsApp and Email.

You can track your package milestone-by-milestone directly from your account dashboard or carrier portal.

Please ensure your recipient contact number and delivery address (including building name, floor, and 6-digit postal code) are 100% accurate. CustomWorks cannot be held responsible for carrier re-attempts or delays caused by unreachable phone numbers or incorrect addresses.

All parcels are insured against transit loss. In the rare event that a package arrives tampered with or physically damaged, please do not accept the package or document the condition with photos immediately and contact our studio team within 48 hours for immediate replacement.
